The American influence was a tad too wannabe, the roles stereotypical, the lingo laden with slang, the sets reeking Kuch Kuch Hota Hai candy floss, and styling outlandish, but we loved its freshness.

But you only have to look closer to notice the despondency in their eyes. The weight of bidding goodbye to a successful show made Shweta especially quieter and Ranvir particularly edgy.
