AND... IT'S ANOTHER CENTURY!Star One's much loved teeny-bopper show Remix just completed 100 episodes and producer Shristi Arya, had a low-key party for just her cast and crew, at the J W Marriott in Mumbai. The entire team showed up... from the wild foursome of Karan Wahi (Ranvir), Shweta Gulati (Tia), Priya Wal (Anvesha) and Yuvi, to troupe elements like Dimple Inamdar, Vishal Puri and Anoop Soni. Shrishti's brother Goldie Behl with his gorgeous, pregnant better-half Sonali Bendre was there too. Sonali was glowing to begin with, but that overwhelming importance from the press certainly added blush to those cheeks! Deepak Segal, executive VP, Star India arrived escorted by his daughter and his spouse Bela Segal.
Deepak and daughter (a big Remix fan) quite evidently had a great time as was confirmed by their non-stop jig on the dance floor. Other kids at the do enjoyed themselves thoroughly too... when they weren't all slobbering over Karan, they were repeatedly badgering the poor DJ with requests to keep playing the same one song... the Remix title track -- to which the little brood rocked, rolled and bellowed themselves croaky.
The unrivalled exhilaration for them that evening (or should I say dawn?) coincided the arrival of the ABBaby! Abhishek Bachchan casually sauntered in at 3 a.m.!!! The kids, who were still busy boogieing, went bananas... screeching and cheering for the boy! Being the Mr Nice Guy that he is... he acknowledged one and all of them... of course, the celebrations continued till daybreak.
