Shweta is playing priyanka in Durgesh Nandini....the wife of the lead actor in the serial.....her interviews have said that she is a slightly negative charachter in this one......she seems really in love with that sikander.....is she lying to him abt the tapes etc or is that all true and she is hoping to rekindle her relation with sikander while helping him....hope its the later......though shweta is amazing actress.....would really like to see her in positive roles :) ..... priyanka i guess is very different from the other chrachters she played...there is some tia bit in her....as in her caring a lot for sikander...trying to help him out....nice dressing style....gentle charachter in gen...unless provoken.....all in all nice

thanx alot sapna for this topic...nd welcum back..
about prianka..shweta is playing her part extremly well....i luved he new look..acc to me her look in dn is quite differnt from tia..whether her hair makeup or dressing style..i just luv her wardrobe..shweta wardrobe is very cute nd sofisticate just like her..
even her makeup in this show is nt at all loud or over done like other "so called"family shows infact very natural...
about her character well sapna..i m slightly confused coz acc to her "aajtak interview in dhanno bole to"..prianka is positive charcter...but i guess v hv to just wait nd watch..
ya but really wish to c amazing nd extremly talented nd verstalie actress like shweta is positive and more challenging lead role..
well shweta is the only saving grace of dn...
her presence in any show is like a catalyist of sucess
well done shweta....

ven m likin her wardrobe....she's playin the character wid a panache.....luv to see her bk on screen tht too wid a bang....
acc to me....priyanka's nt lyin bout the tapes etc....though she's totally fida over sikander... but this tape scandal is a truth acc to me...nd she's helpin him onli coz she luvs him....nd she's also aware bout the fact....tht sikander is in luv wid durgesh (the main protagonist of the serial) she knows bout their love for each other...
nd yess i really loved the way she bashed durgesh......it was awesumm....her attitude...oh goshh...it was simply superb.....shweta is doing sooo much justice wid the role....
i mena i really loved the way she got hold on durgesh the other day...though she's doin all this onli coz no1 shud get to know bout their plan...!
m really lovin her character...
i dun feel she's playin a negative character...but may b coz of the plan priyanka nd sikander r working upon...she might hv to play a bit rude wid the other members of the house...tht's my take on priyanka's role...!

even i thought so...tht the golden moto cell was hers onli....coz she used it in aek chabi hai pados mein also....in the last scene if u remember..!

and thanks arnav for the little bit of info reg shwetas c el lphone
as far as shwethas role in dn (is sorry excusefor a serial...) it pains me to see her play second lead to that awufull girl durgesh it just makes me madHow can such immeasurable talent be ignored while lousy actresses if you can call them that.... gets to play lead charcters.... forgettable wanna be actresses as well as mediocre veteran actress be showcased and shoved down our throats in double doses( this usually happens in ek thas serials) Is there NO justice in this world....
what a waste of talent and beauty...hat shweta is such a natural. Those facial expressions, that sublty, the nuances were right on cue- none of that over-acting business some are known for. So my question is, why is this oh so obviously talented woman not appreciated? OH it just makes me FUME with ANGER

shweta desrves better than this.. sorry for this ranting ppl... i had to get it off my chest
and yes simran shweta is only saving grace os that show...

shweta never lets her fans down.

thanx for the info about cell phone arnav nd payal..well even during her popkorn interview on her bday nd about her role in DN..she used the same cell phone..so its confirmed ...wow shweta nice cell...
nd divingrace..i completely agree ..shweta deserves much much more than that..best thng about her is shes avery natural performer....
about her beauty..shes getting better nd better...just look at her in DN..her hair style make up clothes ..everythng so graceful nd classy..
eevn last nite she ws there just for few mins hardly 1min i guess..she ws looking fabbbbb..really rocking....even her accesories..cooollllllllllllllll...
u never ever lead ur fans dwon..

how dare heeeeeeeeeeeee........that sikandar..he ws very rude...he ws shouting at prianaka..nd shes innocent nd she seven trying to convince durgesh nd sikandar..
poor baby...the way shes crying..oo godd...
but shweta performed really well....nd now its crystal clear that shes playing a positive role..
abhi shweta..i mean prianka is the main centre of attraction..well woh to hamesha se thi...
i mean story revolves around her...
coz now prinaka durgesh to protect karegi..good to c our litle innocent princess protecting somene..lolzz nd playing strong character...
waise shweta beauty nd charam is increaing by ecah pasing day..muaaah...
she s looking gorgeous...nd very fresh...

yes simran i culd not see that episode.. i know we should concentrate on positive pointslike shwetas actng not her role but cant bear to see her humiliated like that... it was terri ble..
stupid directors dont kbnow how to utilze the talent of shweta..

yaa seriously...i was soo angry at seeing...how tht sikander treated our innocent baby.....
godd.....when she was crying.......
seriously...yest they behaved in such a terrible manner......
true...tht those stupid directors dun know...the talent of shweta can b utilised in a much better way...but yest .......keepin one thing in mind tht she was actually acting.....i hv to hv to say....she's becoming sooo perfect in her acting skills......jst love her....
she has always beeen so elegant while performing roles.....nd tht too all sort of roles....yesterday's epi proved....shweta can b the best choice for ne role..!!

iam very happy.. that finallly shweta is out of that serial... i thnk they are wraping up that show.. and shweta was just there for a short time .. she agreed  to dact in that serial just as a favour...
 what ever could nt help ut notice. the spark that shweta boughttothat other wise dull and boring seriel... i love thescene where she was praying to god to stop the  wedding" hey bhagwan please kuch aise kijeye jisse ki isshadi rukh jayi...please"
